In the colorful world of NextWave there is rarely a dull moment, despite years of slogging through the black foresst of legal and financial obstacles (that was supposed to be a robin's nest to shelter entrepenuers) they have announced that they are broadcasting in 60 markets. When asked for comment, CEO Alan Salmasi could not be reached "as he is in Utah attending the Olympics with his family". Fame is when the personal reason that you're not available for comment is iteslf part of the story. Like hearing about litigation issues while playing tennis with Chuck Norris.
