So, I purchased a Palm i705 to do my email and web surfing from a single device. Hated it. Bad RF performance, ate my corporate email, crashed my PC, SLOW...SLOW...SLOWWWWW. We clocked it next to a Danger HipTop and it was 1/10th the speed. So, I followed the steps on the web site to cancel my account. Natrually, I was surprised later to see the charge on my account...still. I had just changed credit cards and figured that would be the end of it.
Nope.
For months I've been getting "give us your new credit card number so we can keep billing you" emails from this outstanding company. When I reply that I've already canceled my account, they want me to do that all again.
Nope.
I've already done that once, why should I do this again...and be in some endless loop of getting charged by Palm? Maybe time to litigate.
